Governors Grove is a self-governing condominium complex within the Wesleyan Hills planned community, in Middletown, Connecticut. Our 38 residences are along a private street known as Orange Road. Constructed in 1971, our award winning architecture is now set among mature plantings of trees and shrubs. Our buildings vary in design, size, and placement, resulting in a pleasing, less regimented look. State Park/Woodland, open fields, and a farm are nearby. As stated earlier, Governors Grove is part of a community known as Wesleyan Hills, featuring natural landscaping, walking paths, an interesting mix of houses and condominiums, an elementary school, and a neighborhood meeting/social facility known as "The Barns".
